INCREASE IN THE IIEE MEMBERSHIP FEES February 22, 2006

Gentlemen/ Mesdames:
The Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. (IIEE) wishes to inform all electrical practitioners that starting June 1, 2006, we shall be increasing IIEE membership fees pursuant to IIEE Resolution No. 2006-01-003, Series of 2006. The new schedule of fees was approved by the 2006 IIEE Board of Governors last January 21, 2006 during the 1st Regular Board Meeting at the IIEE National Office, Cubao, Quezon City.
IIEE last increased its membership dues in 1996 (Resolution No. 033, Series of 1996). Guided by its continuing mission to deliver high quality products and services in order to instill excellence in the electrical practitioner, the 2006 Board of Governors saw it fit to increase the membership dues due to increases in prices that has affected IIEE’s ability to deliver quality products and services to its members. We also have to consider the long-term sustainability of the Institute and the IIEE Chapters.
