Engr. Joebe Panhilason, Committee Chairman, along with Engr. Hipolito A. Leoncio, National President, randomly picked the winners in front of the BOG members through automated software. Winners of the said draws, whose name can be seen hereunder, will be given Philippine Electrical Code Part 1. Winners of the draw will be notified through registered mail. The second raffle draw will be conducted on the 18th of October at IIEE office, No. 41 Monte De Piedad St., Cubao, Q.C.
The Grand raffle draw will be held during the 33rd Annual National Convention and 3E XPO 2008 at the SMX Convention Center. The Institute will give away four Asus Laptops to lucky members who have updated their membership before the Grand Raffle.
