RATIONALE:
People, who are entrusted to pass judgment, even how trustworthy, sometimes go astray and hence, guideline has to be set so that they will always be in the proper framework to render a fair and just resolution or judgment.

PURPOSE:
To provide a standardized guideline in filing, processing and hearing of complaint, making recommendation and rendering of final action.

SCOPE:
This guideline is intended for infractions/violations of the Amended By-Laws of IIEE dated November 20, 2004, IIEE Code of Ethics, IIEE Manual of Professional Practice, RA#7920 and codes, rules, regulations, instructions of IIEE or adopted by IIEE committed by a Professional Electrical Engineer, Registered Electrical Engineer and Registered Master Electrician who are members of IIEE in connection with his/her professional practice or committed by a non-member of IIEE in connection with the professional practice of electrical engineering.
